Today each class had a session to learn more about playground games. We also allocated Playground Leaders, who observed and joined in all of the games!
We look forward to using more of these in our play!
School Events
Find Your Brave – Children’s Mental Health Week
Each class have enjoyed an activity centred around Children’s Mental Health Week. We focused on the theme ‘Find Your Brave’.
Early Years and Key Stage One had circle times using stories to discuss braveness and the small steps of bravery we take everyday.
Key Stage Two looked at the song This Is Me from The Greatest Showman and we shared our thoughts and feelings of overcoming fears in our circle time.
Science Day – Wonderstruck

Remembrance Service
Children and parents gathered at the church to remember those who fought for our country in the World Wars. We had some beautiful artwork, poems and messages made by the children to show what they had been learning in class about Remembrance Day.

We had a lovely final Discovery Cafe of the academic year. Again, a huge thanks to Debbie, Dawn and Mrs Graves with Max.
KS2 Play – Monday and Tuesday
We need children to arrive at 5:40pm (no earlier) and come straight into the classroom block. Come dressed in costumes. Costumes are not needed during the school day.

We have had a lovely morning at the Tennis Festival. We explored lots of tennis skills and worked really hard at all of the activities.
